CYCLE NOTES: A long, sweaty Wednesday! This workout should feel heavy from jump. The point will be to efficiently cycle through the barbell & dumbbell movements and use the cardio to recover. The barbell should require athletes to do singles, while the dumbbell should need to be broken up from the 4th or 5th round. Have Fun!
