CYCLE NOTES: July’s Friday strength starts today bc of the holiday, but so does WEIRD TABATA WEDNESDAY The strength pair is meant to provide opportunities/time to advance in these two very difficult movements. Hence the round & rep numbers are more suggestions than prescriptions. More advanced athletes can also take this as an opportunity to go heavy. The end of this cycle will give you a choice to test their 1RM OR 3RM in both of these movements, so they should plan accordingly.
