I walked into Hardware on a Saturday morning after they were closed, Darcy invited me in for a meal and to share BBQ with the family. It was the most welcoming experience I have ever had in a gym. I’d just started my weight loss journey a few months prior to that so I needed to be in a place where I could be supported and this place continues to challenge and support me as I’ve grown into the best shape of my life. The workouts are challenging and rewarding….most importantly you see real changes in how you look and how you feel!
