With over four years of CrossFit experience and a passion for fitness that extends far beyond the gym, Alex brings dedication and enthusiasm to every class he coaches. Earning his CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification in September 2023 was a proud milestone in his journey, one fueled by a love for helping others move their bodies and achieve their goals.
Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting, Alex’s coaching philosophy centers on finding movements that are safe, effective, and aligned with your personal fitness objectives. Together, you’ll build the foundation to progress to more advanced movements or simply celebrate the effort of staying active.
What he loves most about being a CrossFit coach is the incredible sense of community, especially at Hardware Strength and Conditioning. No matter how tough his day has been, walking into the gym and seeing the effort and camaraderie of the members is a constant source of inspiration.
Outside of the gym, Alex enjoys traveling to new destinations, spending time with friends and family, attending live concerts, and exploring the outdoors with his dog, Baxter.
