Being a person who is well over weight you kinda think this isn’t going to be for me. Then you get there and Darcy kicks your ass into gear and it makes you want to keep coming back. The more I come back the more people are encouraging and supportive to finish that last rep. Moving here in October I didn’t know anyone and now I have made great friends just by coming to Hardware. I have been coming for 3 months now and the results are amazing. By being able to modify some workouts really helps gain strength and understanding of how my body moves with these workouts. I struggle with some mental health issues on my day to day but coming here let’s me shut it all off and focus on being a healthier me. I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and friendly atmosphere!
