20m Suitcase Carry (find a max weight for each arm)

Conditioning (Practice):

  • 100m Walking Lunge
  • 500m Run

then,
2 Rounds:

  • 20 TTB
  • 20 Burpees

then,

  • 100m Walking Lunge
  • 500m Run
