CrossFit Open — 15.2

We’re running heats of 15.2 today, in place of our usual 10AM & 11AM classes. If you plan on coming in today please sign up for a heat in advance. If you are not signed up for a heat, we will place you in the next available heat (which is looking like around 11:15AM). This will likely be the format for Saturdays through the CrossFit Open (next 4 weeks). Doing the Open WOD on Saturday will count as one of your weekly classes.
15.2 Heat Sign Ups
Around 10AM will be holding a standards briefing and strategy session!

Reminders:
  • Foundations Class meets today @ 9AM. We’ll cover the snatch, and kipping pull ups/TTB.
  • Yoga is back tomorrow @ 12:30PM with Melissa DiLeonardo!

Follow the pattern for as long as you are able to complete the 2 full rounds in each 3min block.
0:00 – 3:00
2 Rounds:

  • 10 OHS (95/65)
  • 10 CTB Pull Ups

3:00 – 6:00
2 Rounds:

  • 12 OHS
  • 12 CTB ┬áPull Ups

6:00 – 9:00
2 Rounds:

  • 14 OHS
  • 14 CTB Pull

For those not doing the Open:
9 min AMRAP:

  • 10 OHS
  • 10 Pull Ups
