A. Snatch Grip Deadlift: 10RM, then -10% for 2×10 (increase 5-10#)
B. DB Step Ups w/ a 3 sec negative: 3×8 each leg

Conditioning (Practice):

5 Rounds:

  • 5 Strict Pull Ups
  • 10 Strict Push Ups
  • 15 Air Squats
