  • 2 Front Squats
Conditioning (Practice):

Teams of 2, 1 person working at a time
14 min AMRAP:

  • 40m Burpee Broad Jump (20m each) (1 length of gym = 20m)
  • 40 TTB
  • 40 KB Goblet Squats (70/55)
Mobility Extra:

SMR on Barbell: 1-3 minutes each leg (focus on hamstring)
