Reminders:
  • Olympic Lifting meets today at 12PM

  • Join us for the CrossFit Open! Register here. Workouts begin the week of 2/26. Each week, for 5 weeks, CrossFit HQ will release a workout which we will complete on Saturday during classes.
Strength:

A1. HSPU or Strict Press @ 80%: 4xME (stop 2 reps shy of failure)
A2. Bent Over Rows: 4×5

Conditioning:

5 Rounds: (13 min cap)

  • 10 Deadlift (225/155)
  • 10 Burpees Over Bar
