Reminders:
  • We have Foundations Class this Saturday @ 9AM!
  • CrossFit Open – Saturday Classes  – Remember we will be running heats of 15.2 on Saturday rather than our regular classes. Heats will begin around 10AM and run until around 12PM. We will have heat sign ups available after the Open WOD is announced on Thursday night.  Please be sure to sign up for a heat if you want to workout on Saturday (regardless of whether or not you are signed up for the CrossFit Open). If you don’t sign up for a heat in advance, we will place you in the next heat with availability.
  • Thursday 7:30PM class will be Open Gym/Open WOD 15.2         
Strength:

A1. Single Arm DB/KB Press: 4×7-10
A2. Single Arm DB/KB Row: 4×7-10

Conditioning:

For Time: (15 min cap)

  • 35 OHS (95/65)
  • 25 Burpees
  • 25 Pull Ups
  • 35 OHS (95/65)
