Strength:

Find a max weight for the following complex, then -10% for 2 sets:

  • 1 Clean Deadlift
  • 1 Hang Clean Pull
  • 1 Clean Pull (from floor)
  • 1 Clean
Conditioning (Practice):

5 Rounds:

  • 5 STO (65%+)*
  • 10 TTB

*Weight can be increased each round. Each set should be unbroken

Extra:

Active, Supinated Dead Hang (on pull up bar): Accumulate 2 minutes
