- 50% x 5
- 60% x 3
- 70% x 1
- 80% x 1
- 90% x 1
- 97% x 1
- 101-102% x 1RM (leaderboard attempts must be observed by a coach)

B1. Bench Press: -20% for 3×5
B3. Supinated Bent Over Row: 3×5
