*add following increments to prowler (50, 90, 140, 180)

Conditioning (Practice):

Teams of 3 work to complete the following 17 min AMRAP:

  • 50 Strict Pull Ups (or 3 sets of ME/person)
  • 75 Strict Push Ups (or 3 sets ME/person)
  • 100 TTB (or 3 sets ME/person)
  • 125 Cal Bike or Row
