WOD for St. Jude’s

On Saturday August 6, 2016, we are holding a Charity WOD to benefit the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. A suggested $40 donation gets you participation in the workout followed by a party with beer, cider, and iced coffee included. The after-party will also have food, raffle prizes, and more! All proceeds will go to St. Jude.

Find a max weight for the following complex:

  • 2 Hang Snatch Pulls
  • 2 Snatches (squat)
  • 1 Hang Snatch (squat)
  • 2 OHS
Conditioning (Competition):

1 mile time trial
**Both max weight of strength portion, and mile time will be recorded.
