Today’s couplet brings a contrast in both mentality and pacing. You’ll move between intensity and control — fast bursts followed by steady strength. Choose a heavy-ish weight that feels smooth and unbroken for the first couple of rounds, but pushes you to break things up as fatigue sets in. The goal is to challenge your engine and your grit.
