This partner workout is all about communication, pacing, and consistent effort across both sections. In the first part, partners will alternate full rounds of rowing and box jumps — encourage a strong but controlled pace on the row and safe, steady movement on box jumps (step down if needed). The goal is to keep transitions quick without spiking the heart rate early.
In the second part, the volume shifts to grip and barbell work. Double unders should be relaxed and efficient, break early if needed to avoid frustration. Hang power snatch should be a light-to-moderate weight that allows smooth, repeatable reps with good mechanics, no muscling the bar. Remind partners to communicate, stay consistent, and avoid going all-out early. This workout rewards steady pacing and teamwork from start to finish.
