CYCLE NOTES: The last week of this strength cycle, so everyone should be near or at failure in the last set. Make sure to load safely and use spotter if needed. The workout today should start like a sprint (because individual sets are small) but feel like a slog by the end (because of slow accumulation).

WORKOUT:

5 rounds for time

10 Push Press (95/65)

5 Push-Ups

10 Lateral Jumps Over Bar

5 Burpees

15:00 cap

 

RECOVERY:

Cobra

Calf stretch
