Push press (5×5) is about power and efficiency. Emphasize a strong dip and drive, vertical bar path, and stable lockout overhead. You should use the legs to move the bar, not press it out. Choose a load that allows all reps to be crisp and repeatable with 1–2 reps in reserve, no grinding.

Workout is a fast-paced triplet that will challenge grip, shoulders, and engine. Toes-to-bar should be broken early to avoid fatigue, keeping reps efficient and controlled. Power clean should be a light-to-moderate weight that allows smooth cycling with good mechanics, no missed reps. Wall balls will elevate the heart rate, so encourage a steady, consistent cadence rather than rushing. With a 10-minute cap, pacing from the start is key, the goal is to keep moving and finish strong without hitting a wall.
