Hmmm, Reggie isn’t minding the cold and snow. Maybe we should program running outside a bit more?

Strength:

5 Rounds:
Every 2:00 complete the following complex:

  • Power Snatch
  • OHS
  • Snatch (full)
Conditioning:

EMOM for 8 minutes:

  • 7 TTB (V-Ups)
  • ME Double Unders

**For every round that you were unable to perform the 7 TTB (or V-ups), complete a 10 calorie row (per round) after the 8 minutes is up
