Today’s Schedule:
  • 6AM – CrossFit
  • 12PM – CrossFit
  • 5:00PM – Gym Open for 17.2
  • 5:15PM – Bar Muscle Up technique session
  • 6:00PM – Heats begin
Friday Night Lights:

In place of our regular PM classes, we will be running heats of the CrossFit Open WOD 17.2. Please sign up for a heat in advance, at the following link. Those that cannot attend the Friday night heats, can complete the workout during OLY on Saturday (12PM) or Open Gym on Sunday (10AM – 12PM)
Heat Sign Ups


Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge (50/35)
16 toes-to-bars
8 power cleans
Then, 2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge
16 bar muscle-ups
8 power cleans
Etc., alternating between toes-to-bars and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds.
