Strength:

Find a max weight:

  • 1 Power Snatch
  • 1 Squat Snatch
  • 1 Overhead Squat

then 2 drop sets @ -10% to -15%

Conditioning (Practice):

7 Rounds:

  • 1 min AMRAP Bike/Row for cals
  • 1 min Rest

or 7x200m Run w/ 1 min rest between rounds
