Reminders:

There will be both a Foundations Class as well as Oly Class tomorrow. As before, attending the OLY class counts as one of your weekly classes. Saturday’s schedule is below:

  • 9AM – Foundations
  • 10AM – CrossFit
  • 11AM – CrossFit
  • 12PM – OLY
Strength:

A1: Deadlift: 5-5-5+ (65% – 75% – 85%)
A2: Strict Press: 5-5-5+ (65% – 75% – 85%)

Conditioning:

5 Rounds:

  • 3 Muscle Ups (sub dips or push ups)
  • 5 Front Squat (65% Back Squat TM)
  • 8 TTB (sub 16 Sit Ups)
