YOGA CANCELLED THIS WEEK

Yoga is cancelled this Sunday, 5/8. It will resume the following Sunday at its normal 12:30PM time.

Strength:

Suitcase Deadlift @ 10×2 Tempo: 4×8 (each arm)

Conditioning (Practice):

15 mins to complete the following:
5 Rounds:

  • 3 Power Cleans (75+%)
  • 200m Run/ 20 cal Row/20 cal Bike

then,
200m Lunge
